Tower 3 stay with haram view

It was my first Umrah trip with my mother and it was amazing...we arrived a day later than our scheduled reservation as we had some issue with our airline back home.It took us around 1.15 hours to reach towers from Jeddah Airport. On arrival we were warmly greeted by the front deskt staff and it took us less than 5 minutes to get us checked in! We stayed in Tower 3 with a Haram View. The hotel staff was very friendly and their guidance was really beneficial as it was our first trip. The location of the hotel at zero meters from Haram is amazing, especially for my mother who recently had knee replacement operation . The hotel was kind enough to provide her with a complimentary easy-to-carry chair for offering prayers. About the room: it was awesome! It was spacious and well lit. The airconditioning was functioning well and so was the mini kitchenette in our room. Washrooms were comfortable as well. Room service was excellent and it was available 24/7 just a call away...amazing service! About the food: didn't had much food from the hilton towers' restaurant as we were mostly out at meal times...only once or twice and that too breakfast...but had so many other food options located so close that we had no problem in having amazing food...the shopping mall at the ground of hotel is filled with amazing restaurants and eating options. Most importantly my journey had a religous purpose and Hilton Towers helped me fulfill that purpose to the best possible available.
